Service Description
The Baseline Assessment Meeting is designed to evaluate your current fitness level using the five industry-recognized components of fitness: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Flexibility, and Body Composition. I will guide you through each assessment and how to conduct them independently—this will be challenging but will empower you to take control over your progress. Once all five assessments are completed, you’ll receive an evaluation that aligns you with a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. This assessment serves as your starting point, providing valuable insight into where you are today and establishing a benchmark for your progress. It also acts as a reference point if you ever need to restart or adjust your training. As you move through your plan, we’ll track your development with progress assessments, ensuring you stay on course and continue building strength, confidence, and resilience.
